Monday, November 14th, Good Morning America will be airing the highly anticipated trailer for the The Hunger Games.
Based on the best selling novels by Suzanne Collins,
The Hunger Games trilogy centers around 16-year-old Katniss Everdeen and is based in a futuristic time in which the countries of North America have fallen and stand as one nation known as “Panem”.
The Hunger Games books are immensely popular, the first two books were each
New York Times best sellers, and the third book,
Mockingjay, topped all US bestseller lists. Anticipation over the movie rendition has reached a fervor, driven largely by Lionsgate’s, the film company producing the films, quest to keep a lid on things.
The trailer to be shown next Monday on Good Morning America will be fan’s first glimpses of the sights and sounds of their favorite books come to life.
